The founder of freerunning and co-founder of Parkour, Sebastien Foucan will be signing copies of his new book Freerunning: Find Your Way on Thursday 9th October at 5:30pm at zavvi Oxford Street.
Freerunning is the result of 18 years of practice and 'The Way' is Sebastien's philosophy behind the phenomenon of Freerunning - the book has over 100 jaw-dropping images of Sebastien in action. Sebastien showcased the art of freerunning in the James Bond film Casino Royale and choreographed and performed in Madonna's Confession tour in 2006.
